Biograding Solutions would like to present you with an opportunity to work as a Psychologist with our client in Baar, in their state-of-the art clinic. The majority of your duties will involve providing patients with appointments, during which you will be conducting psychological evaluations and delivering counselling. We are looking for a person with expertise and experience in working with patients of various age groups. There will be an emphasis on providing patients with the highest level of care, empathy, respect and confidentiality. Additionally, producing high quality reports, respecting timelines, and effective written, verbal and interpersonal skills are required for this role. 

Role Description 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Psychologist at our client’s clinic in Baar. The Pathologist will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, providing counselling sessions and preparing reports. The Psychologist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. 

Qualifications 

• Psychology degree required 
• Registered to practice on the territory of Switzerland required 
• Work experience as a Psychologist in a similar setting required 
• German and English essential, French desirable 
• Consulting with and assisting other psychologists as needed 
• Computer skills and ability to use typing and dictation equipment 
• Strong understanding of day-to-day duties required to successfully and efficiently run the clinic 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities 
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills 
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
